What a nice-looking watch. I wish I would have known or noticed that you have to manually wind it as it is NOT self-winding, or battery operated. although it has the calendar date on the face, I still cannot figure out a way to adjust the date. I found the day, and day of the week, but not the number of the day or the faces of the moon. That said for the price, nice watch! If you're looking for a watch that looks really nice, but doesn't operate, this is the one for you. The bracelet and watch face look terrific. I ordered the first one, and the main clock stopped operating within 12 hours. I ordered a replacement, and the date chronometer would not function out of the box. So, if telling time or having a watch that actually works is not important to you, I would say you've found the perfect item. Good luck. The directions are poorly written and not clear. Should the watch need to be wound manually each night how many turns of the winder is adequate or necessary? I wound it 20 times and it was still not "locked". The directions say it is supposed to get to a point where it will not turn anymore but that is not happening. (The instruction manual gets this watch a 0 star rating.)Also, the watch gains approximately 10 seconds per day when compared to my atomic clock.
