If you want to keep the watches for a long time, you can select this mode. 4.Non-Intermittent Clockwise + Counterclockwise Mode Clockwise 5 minutes turning then counter-clockwise 5 minutes turning. This cycle will repeat for 3 hours then rest for 9 hours before beginning again (and about 2880 turns per day, clockwise 1440 turns, counter-clockwise 1440 turns).
