This watch was stunning. A Christmas gift. Problem-it was too small for his wrist. Says it’s adjustable. No it isn’t. They sent the pins but no links. Cannot be made smaller. I emailed company, no response. I went thru Facebook and sent a message. No response. I called Amazon-they had same contact information I had. The rep tried his best, but no help. I emailed again. No response. This watch has a great warranty but what good is it if you can’t contact them? I returned it today. He loved that watch. Unique, stylish and just plain classy. I would not buy this item. Get another brand.The watches quite nice, surprisingly light, does feel heavy on the wrist. I wouldn't wear it in the shower. The chain link removal tool coming with this is a very nice touch!It works wellVery good product! Comes with an adjustment tool too! The first watch arrived with some scratches and a mark in the top left of the black part which seemed to be some kind of glue. I was not able to remove it. The second one (a replacement Zeitholz sent me) arrived with the brown round shape broken and loose, so I got really disappointed with the product quality.The only exception in this all was the customer support. They were very polite and tried to solve my problem with fast. Congrats on that.I hope in the future the watches get to the same quality as their customer support ...Bought for my husband, he loves it and it is absolutely gorgeous!! It's very lightweight, which just threw him off for a bit at first but he's gotten used to it now. Would recommend!Diese ZEITHOLZ - Uhr ist eine ausgesprochen schöne Uhr, die durch das ungewöhnliche Material zu etwas ganz Besonderem wird. Die Uhr ist sehr elegant, passt aufgrund der einstellbaren Gliederzahl sehr gut und überzeugt nicht nur optisch, sondern auch funktional - ich mag die integrierte Datumsanzeige besonders.Noch ein kurzer Hinweis: Die römischen Ziffern sind auf dem matt-dunklen Ziffernblatt leicht glänzend dargestellt. Manche Rezensenten schreiben, dass man die Uhrzeit daher kaum ablesen könne, was aber aus meiner Erfahrung heraus nicht stimmt. Richtig ist, dass der Kontrast nicht übermäßig groß ist, ich bin mir bei dieser Uhr aber fast sicher, dass dies eine bewusste Entscheidung der Hersteller war, um die Eleganz dieser Uhr noch etwas deutlicher zu unterstreichen.Die Uhr war ein Weihnachtsgeschenk für meinen Mann. Ihm hat sie sehr gut gefallen. Leider bleibt das Uhrwerk dauernd stehen. Auch ein Batteriewechsel konnte das Problem nicht lösen. Schade, geht leider zurück.I gave this watch to my son as a birthday gift. He loved it. Looks amazing, very different, a conversation piece. He got it a month ago so I hope it works for a very long time. Delivery was fast as usual.
